Shipping

Everything we make is dispatched from Egypt. This page explains how long an order takes to reach you and what it costs.

Order processing

Orders are packed within 1 to 2 business days. Business days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday are processed on the next business day.

During a drop or a restock, packing can take a day longer. If your order will be delayed beyond what is written here, we will contact you.

Delivery cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the address you enter.

• Cairo: EGP 80
• All other governorates, including Giza: EGP 120

Delivery times within Egypt

Once an order has been handed to the courier:

• Cairo and Giza: 1 to 3 business days
• Alexandria and the Delta: 2 to 4 business days
• Other governorates: 3 to 6 business days

These are the courier's working estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holidays and address problems can add time.

Paying for your order

Orders are paid in cash when the courier hands the parcel to you. Please have the exact amount ready, including the delivery charge.

Addresses

Please check your address and phone number carefully at checkout. The courier will call before delivery, and an unreachable number is the most common reason a parcel is returned to us.

If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or nobody could be reached, we can send it again once the redelivery cost is settled.

International orders

We currently ship within Egypt only. If you are outside Egypt and want to order, contact us through our contact page and we will tell you whether we can arrange it.

Damaged parcels

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening where you can, and contact us within 48 hours. See our returns and refunds page for what happens next.
