Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is only accepted once we send you a confirmation and dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund you in full, if the item is out of stock, if the price or description was published in error, or if we suspect the order is not genuine.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds. Delivery is charged separately and is shown before you confirm the order.
Orders are paid in cash on delivery. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed.
Products
We photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colours vary between screens, and washed denim varies from piece to piece. Two pairs in the same wash will not be identical. That variation is a property of the fabric, not a fault.
Denaro is produced in limited runs. Availability of a size or a style is not guaranteed and we may not restock it.
Returns
Your right to return an item, and how to do it, is set out on our returns and refunds page, which forms part of these terms.
Delivery
Delivery timings and costs are set out on our shipping page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Use of this website
You may not use this website to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, or to copy its content for commercial use. All text, photography and design on this site belong to Denaro unless credited otherwise.
Accounts
If you create an account, keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

How we handle your personal information is set out in our privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
